The good news is that you do not need it to compile additional modules.&lt;BR/&gt;&lt;BR/&gt;Just download the vanilla 2.6.23 kernel from kernel.org. Fetch the kernel .config file from the aa1. Put the .config file in the directory of the downloaded kernel source.
